The UK’s largest airport, 24km from central London. By Train - The Heathrow Express is the non-stop service into central London, (Paddington). It runs every 15 minutes and has a journey time of 15 minutes; 7 to 8 minutes more to and from Terminal 4.

By Taxi - Chauffeur driven car hire services are provided by the airport’s official concessionaire, Checker Cars. Checker Cars has a booking office in the North Terminal arrivals area and a booking office in the northern entrance building leading to the South Terminal.

By Train - During the day there are six trains an hour into the city centre and up to four through the night. Trains run to Manchester Piccadilly rail station and take approximately 15 - 20 minutes, many continue onto Oxford Road, Deansgate and Salford Central stations. From Manchester Piccadilly you can connect onto rail services countrywide

You can buy Day Saver Tickets from bus drivers, train station ticket offices and Metrolink ticket machines.
