Set by the beautiful River Meade in Reading, in the attractive county of Berkshire, which is only a short train ride from London.
This is the largest UK Rock Festival spread over 3 days. It covers all genres of rock and does feature a few Rap artist each year. This event tends to attract a younger audience than Glastonbury, the average age being late teens to mid 20ës.
The festival attracts the top artists within this genre, but it does feature up and coming bands of which one or two will make a name for themselves. Expect bands from the UK, USA and Scandinavia.
Most of the tickets on offer are weekend (camping) tickets. There are also a limited amount of day tickets for each separate day of the festival. Most people camp but some stay in local hotels and travel to the site daily.
