Terms and Conditions
By visiting, using or ordering from this website, you expressly agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing this web site.
Tivoli Events is an independent, privately owned company engaged in the service of finding and providing tickets for admission to events world wide.
Tivoli Events is not affiliated with any box office.
The Contract
A contract shall be deemed to have been made between Tivoli Events and the booking client ("the Client") when the client has confirmed requirements by facsimile, letter, written order form or telephone and Tivoli Events have accepted such a booking a receipt, fax or email being proof of such acceptance.
All sales are final
Once a booking is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Upon request we will try to resell unwanted tickets and if successful, refund your money less a 30% handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, and we regret that we cannot under any circumstances issue duplicate tickets.
Delivery of tickets
We will endeavour to deliver your tickets as soon as possible.
In some cases, due to the nature of the business, tickets do not
arrive with us until shortly before the event date. If this occurs,
the tickets will be hand delivered to your hotel, or you will be
allocated a convenient collection point.
Cancellation or Rescheduling of events
If an events is cancelled, we will only be liable to refund the ticket face value. If an event is rescheduled and you cannot attend, we will only be liable to refund the ticket face value. We will not be liable for cost of travel, hotels, or any other related expense due to cancellation or rescheduling of an event. We will do our best to inform you of any change, but it is your responsibility to ensure an event is taking place.
Ticket Upgrades
Tivoli Events. reserves the right to provide ticket upgrades at no extra cost to the client
Transportation
Tivoli Events shall not be held responsible for damages, for delays, cancellations or unavailability of public or private transportation caused by an act of God, by acts of war, riot, civil commotion, by an act of State, by strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control of Tivoli Events.
Weather
Weather conditions may affect travel to and from the event, and may cause a postponement or cancellation of the event. Such circumstances are beyond the control of Tivoli Events and accordingly no refund for unused services, or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused by weather conditions, will be made by Tivoli Events.
